Connie Henderson

Connie Henderson is a Learning and Development expert with a passion for empowering employees through skills development and continuous learning. In her current role as the Learning and Development Manager at Encore Boston Harbor, Connie oversees the leadership development program and talent pipeline. Prior to Encore, Connie honed her expertise at Mintz and Cambridge Public Schools where she designed and delivered engaging learning experiences, coached employees, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Connie is the Executive Vice President for the Junior League of Boston, is Commissioner for the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women, Co-Chairs the Parity on Board Coalition for the state of Massachusetts and is a member of the of YW Boston Advocacy Committee.
