This is going to be a best-seller!

Grab your friends, co-workers, and family members for a night of dancing and socializing with fellow library lovers from across the city. Hosted by the Emerging Leaders, young Bostonians dedicated to supporting the Boston Public Library’s crucial role in the city, Night in the Stacks is the only chance to visit the Library after dark.

If you are looking to mix up your Friday night routine, meet new people, and enjoy a premier space, look no further. There will be cocktails, food, raffles, and music, all taking place in the Library’s historic McKim Building.

The evening is both a celebration of the Boston Public Library and a fundraiser to help catapult the BPL to new heights of innovation and achievement. Your ticket purchase helps support programs, services, and collections.

The Boston Public Library is honoring Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month by releasing the Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month booklist. Compiled by staff librarians from the Central Library, the Brighton Branch, the Chinatown Branch, the Fields Corner Branch, and the Roslindale Branch, the booklist is comprised of 75 recently published titles focusing on the experiences of the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities of the United States.
