Sponsor an Alcove in the Kirstein Business Library & Innovation Center
The Kirstein Business Library & Innovation Center (KBLIC), located at the Central Library in Copley Square, provides 100% free access to business-related resources and co-working space to help level the playing field for job-seekers, innovators, investors, makers, and entrepreneurial-minded Bostonians.
Your company’s $40,000 sponsorship, payable over two years, will raise the visibility of the Center and directly contribute to advancing equity in Greater Boston’s business environment
Sponsorship benefits of this unique opportunity include:
- Display your company’s name on one of 10 highly-visible glass alcoves within the KBLIC space for a period of two years.
- Celebrate this naming recognition with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and photo opportunity with corporate sponsors in fall 2023.
- Receive recognition in the KBLIC newsletter and Boston Public Library Fund website and printed annual Impact Report.
- Participate in KBLIC events, job fairs, and employee volunteer engagement opportunities.

Meet Angel Dejesus

Angel M. Dejesus believes the staff and resources of the Kirstein Business Library & Innovation Center at the Boston Public Library played a significant role in his highly successful career shift from the hospitality industry to commercial and residential real estate.
As a child he grew up around the corner from the Roxbury Branch and visited regularly. In some ways, it was only natural that as an adult he would look to Kirstein as a place to study and find financial books to read.
“Now I’m living the American Dream,” says Angel. “Because of the Boston Public Library’s free business classes and computer workshops, I acquired helpful skills and many books that enabled me to grow my business tremendously.”
